If you go to Jen for a massage, you get more than your moneys worth.   A few months after my cancer surgery, I began seeing Jen for massage. She knew how to correctly massage the scar across my back and eased my discomfort.  She is a very generous and kind person who takes the time to listen to your needs.  I have personally referred several friends to Jen and nobody has ever made a negative comment.  In fact, they all continue to see Jen.  Treat yourself to something special!

I met Jen in January (or was if February) of 2008 after having brain surgery for Chiari Malformation (CM) and syringomyelia (SM). Both are serious conditions that effect the brain (CM) and spinal cord (SM). Both conditions cause, amongst many other issues,  chronic neurological pain and muscle spasms. Jen was the ONLY massage therapist who took a sincere interest in helping relieve my pain. She researched the conditions and also reached out to other therapists and doctors to find out how best to treat me without causing more harm! The treatment I received from Jen not only helped me physically, but also emotionally as I tried to come to terms with what was happening to me.
I highly recommend Jen!! I cannot say enough about her!!!

I have been a client of Jen Servidio and Feel Better Bodyworks for about 5 years. I have issues with sciatica and arthritis in my neck. Jen has kept me stable and I no longer visit the chiropractor!
She is caring, knowledgeable, very accommodating and professional.
I recommend you give Jen and FBBW a try. You will not be sorry and feel so much better.

As an aspiring strength athlete I've had a few nagging injuries that reared their ugly heads from time to time. The most limiting problem I've ever faced was an inflammation in my arms. The symptoms had indicated that it may be bicep tendinitis and was (mis)diagnosed as such by a doctor.

I had heard good things about massage therapy and found Jen's information through another doctor's office. This was my first experience with massage therapy and Jen was nothing short of professional and courteous and as a result I felt comfortable right away.
As it turns out, the inflammation in my arms originated by my shoulder blades. I had knots that prevented proper shoulder flexibility, which irritated my arms/shoulders. I would have never guessed this. I felt immediate relief after our first appointment.
Jen was also unfamiliar with my chosen sport (power lifting) and asked how she could learn more. I provided her with some video. By my next appointment, Jen knew (even more so) how to specifically apply treatment.
Jen does not provide cookie cutter solutions. Through effective communication and her desire to learn about her clients she is able to provide treatment that works best for a specific individual. She also consulted me on how to treat myself in between appointments and weight training sessions.
Her help and advice has been invaluable. I'm happy to say I've been injury free ever since, and making great progress towards my goals.
